Our maintenance of the holiday complex is custom made as we understand that every building is unique in its own way. There are different problems that need resolutions, that is why we spend weeks and months in preparing for the summer season. We have daily monitor standards for the maintenance of the buildings and we are responsible for all aspects of the management.

Our maintenance includes:

  • Regular communication and meetings with the Owners Association Management Board
  • Property owners communication
  • Maintenance contracts preparation and control
  • Supervision of building works and decorations
  • Carry out cleaning of the common parts and swimming pools, gardening, repairs, maintenance and redecoration
  • Litter organization and collection
  • Ensuring appropriate internal regulation order is in place
  • Estimating annual Service Charges
  • Service Charge collection
  • Regular site visits, as our office is based on side
  • Preparation of Service Charge Year End Accounts
  • Dealing with Consents and Notices
  • 24/7 every day of the summer season telephone
